As of 6/6/08 we will be using a flat rate shipping fee of $5.00 (with the exception of oversized/overweight packages) on an experimental basis in an attempt to save our customers money. Hopefully, this experiment will be a success and will become policy.

Shipping:
Our policy is same day shipping whenever possible. Since we are a real tackle shop and are doing this ourselves, there will be times when our physical stock is low or sells out before we have a chance to update the website. In those cases, we can usually replace the stock and have your order on its way to you within a week or two. During the off season, it may take a little longer. So we have to say this: Please allow four to six weeks for delivery even though it probably won't take that long.

Returns:
Customers requesting returns within 30 days of order date in "As New Saleable Condition" will be issued a refund of the product cost. Please report incorrectly filled orders immediately. Corrected orders will be shipped promptly. Return shipping will be reimbursed to customer.

If goods are cancelled BEFORE THEY ARE SHIPPED (usually 24-48 hours from order placement), the order is cancelled and no charges are applied to the customer. If items have been shipped at the time of cancellation, customers are responsible for both outbound and return shipping and handling expenses.
